  • 1. Environment

    We take environmental protection seriously and continuously work on reducing our ecological footprint.

    • Plastic reduction: We carefully balance responsibility with practicality. Simply discarding all existing plastic materials would create more waste – therefore, we avoid “quick fixes” and instead focus on sustainable alternatives in all new product developments. Our goal: eliminating single-use plastics wherever possible.
    • Renewable energy: Since 2019, our photovoltaic system on the roof of our offices and warehouses has been generating clean electricity. We produce more power than we consume, actively reducing our carbon footprint. Environmental awareness can also come “out of the blue”!

  • 2. Quality & Conformity

    Bringing joy requires trust. That is why product quality and safety are at the core of everything we do.

    • Our dedicated quality assurance team ensures that every single product is tested and meets European standards.
    • We work with accredited institutes and TÜV Rheinland LGA Products GmbH has certified us as specialists in toy safety.
    • Regular training keeps our staff up to date on the latest regulations and safety requirements.

  • 3. Community

    We are proud of our strong roots and our responsibility towards people.

    • Supporting the next generation: For more than 12 years, our apprenticeship program has been shaping new talent. At any given time, we welcome more than 10 apprentices to our team – the future of OOTB.
    • Encouraging innovation: We believe in great ideas and love supporting creative minds. Inventors can reach out to us, protected by non-disclosure agreements. If we decide to realize an idea together, the inventor receives fair compensation and a share of the profits.
