Every new product springs from an idea. To ensure that we receive as many and good ideas as possible, we encourage the creativity of our employees and reward the best product ideas. We also use our extensive distribution network to get an accurate picture of emerging trends, which we can then serve.

Our purchasing department discusses the ideas in a large group and selects the most promising ideas, which are then planned and conceptualized. The visual design of the products and packaging is handled by our creative minds from the design team.

Once all concepts, artwork and specifications are created, they are
communicated to producers through our buying team in Hong Kong. The production can begin and so a new product lands in our assortment and in the best case conjures a smile in the faces of the people.
